Annabelle Sproule

Words

Proud to call Cumberland her birthplace, Annabelle keeps trying to escape her hippy island roots but always ends up back at home. Raised in a family with a deep appreciation for mountains, wilderness, and the environment, she continues the tradition as an avid outdoorswoman and board member of the Cumberland Community Forest Society. When she isn’t romping through the bush with her twins and pup she can be found catching babies and supporting families on their journey to parenthood as a midwife and parent coach. Annabelle has recently taken up open water swimming and thinks that crossing channels is the closest thing to heaven on earth. It’s hard to know what her next venture will be. Maybe open water swimming crossed with ultralight thru hiking? Only time will tell!
