A born and raised Vancouver Islander, Elizabeth is a seasoned communication professional with a passion for fostering connections with people and helping to share their stories. With a background in theatre, her radio and journalism training led to a job as a reporter at 97.3 the Eagle and her move to the Comox Valley. Her career journey has included being a journalist, radio announcer, communications manager, news director, writer, editor, media liaison, and owning her own communications consulting business. When asked what drew her to communications as a career, she said, “It’s fundamentally about people—how we interact and connect, how we share our stories and learn from each other. It’s a privilege to help facilitate those connections.”
